SOAR Physical Therapy is a family owned outpatient clinic in Stephenville, TX that is focused on providing personalized care for each patient to ensure a faster recovery and better quality of life.

At SOAR Physical Therapy, our goal is to provide one-on-one treatment sessions to address any orthopedic condition. We offer many services including dry needling, balance training, injury prevention, and functional strength training.

JEFFREY BIERMAN, PT, DPT

Jeffrey Bierman, PT, grew up in Stephenville for the majority of his youth, but he graduated high school in Brady, TX. Jeffrey attended Texas State University where he majored in Exercise and Sports Science and graduated in 2010. Jeffrey was accepted into the Texas State University Physical Therapy Program in 2012 and graduated with his Doctorate in May of 2015. Jeffrey has multiple years of experience in different Physical Therapy settings such as acute care, home health, and out-patient orthopedics. In 2017, Jeffrey completed the Kinetacore Level 1 Dry Needle course and completed level 2 in 2018. Jeffrey also completed his Vestibular and Concussion Certification through the American Institute of Balance in December of 2022.

When Jeffrey isn't practicing Physical Therapy, he enjoys working on the family ranch, hunting/fishing, go-kart racing, BBQ competitions, and spending time with his wife Janell and sons Jeremy, Jonah, and Jace.

Reagan Sandford, PT, DPT

Reagan Sandford, PT, DPT is dedicated to helping individuals of all activity levels regain strength and achieve their physical goals. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Baylor University with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports therapy. Her journey into physical therapy was shaped by her background as a collegiate soccer player at LeTourneau University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. This firsthand experience with injury and recovery drives her dedication to helping athletes and active individuals stay at their best. Reagan holds a Level 2 dry needling certification and incorporates advanced techniques to reduce pain, accelerate healing, and improve performance. Her patient-centered approach focuses on trust and tailored strategies to help each person move with confidence.
